How to request an order cancellation and what happens if your order has already been dispatched.
You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp.
Important: Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it. As our products are intimate hygiene items, returns after delivery are only accepted for unopened, sealed products under our Refund & Return Policy.
We will confirm whether cancellation is possible by reply. Please do not assume your order is cancelled until you receive written confirmation from us.
If your order has already been dispatched, we are usually unable to cancel or recall it. In this case:
If a cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, a full refund is processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. For COD orders, no charge applies if cancelled before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
